I have a habit of starting a new project and spending more money than time  on it. I'm taking a new approach. Below are my minimal tools!

I have just been using my "comfy" clothes that I already have - haven't bought anything new at this stage.

1. I'm using my iPhone to track my steps. I downloaded the "Steps Pedometer & Step Counter Activity Tracker". I only use the free version. (click on the picture to be redirected to the app store)

2. The running shoes I purchased are from Wal-Mart and they are the  for $39.97CAD    (click on the picture to be redirected to walmart.ca)
